The ASEAN Learning Network (ALN) is composed of educators and professionals from academic, research, and community engagement institutions. The Network through its approach and process to Management Education seeks to renew minds and change lives to bring about a better world. Its approach is through teaching and learning of Management Education for a socially responsible and responsive way of life.

 

Its process is through:

​

• Development of programs  and self-less application of context-based management research;

• Teaching-learning and practice to help the less privileged  people in the  communities of the region to become problem-solvers in their own contexts;  and

• Engaging all legitimate stakeholders to work together to bring about livelihood, well-being and prosperity.

 

The desired outcome through its context based Management Education approach and process is to bring about transformational life-long learning that would:

• Inculcate empathy on the plight of the less privileged members of society; and

• Contribute to the deep sense of social responsiveness for a peaceful and harmonious world.
